SystemC Missing Libraries

Hi,
I am trying to run a system c example under Mandrake 9.2 and get the
following problem --
....nc_sim/tools/perl/bin/perl error while loading shared libraries
libdb.so.3 cannot open shared object files: no such file or directory

The error points to perl; nc_sim is not supported on Mandrake and I
dont want to switch to Redhat
I was told that even under Redhat certain patches need to be downloaded
and perhaps a patch is missing under Mandrake.
PS everything else about nc works perfectly under Mandrake.

Hi AC,

I would recommend you to go to: www.systemc.org and download the OSCI
kernel for systemC simulation. After building it on your system you can
try out the examples provided.
