SystemC and Modelsim

Apologies for posting here, but a quick google of usenet for +modelsim
+systemc suggests that this is as good a place as any.

My question: Does anyone know what modelsim does with std::cerr ?
And is there any way to control this ?

My second question: Does anyone know of a modelsim or systemc group ?

I expect modelsim does whatever
tcl does as that is their generic
user interface.
