Switched capacitor , pseudo-n-path

Hi, All:

I have two switched capacitor filter design questions,

1. If design Switched-Opamp on Double sampling technique, could it
function work on pseudo-N-path or not?

2. If there are other archtectures faster(high operation frequency)
then Pseudo-N-path?
