Substitute for ESM740 or BSTCC0220V scr.

Greetings.
Thomson ctv model TS3652.
I need a replacement for DF08 (SCR in the vertical output stage).
The scr that died is ESM740 (external diode
connected between Anode-Cathode).

DF08 in another TS3652 is a BSTCC0220V. This has a built in diode
across the Anode-Cathode.

Could I use 15-80H or 15-85R from WES (these are substitutes
for another 2 scr in their list).

From searching the web, they both seem to be 900V 5.5A.
"TRACE" is used in the description for 15-80H.
"RETRACE" is used in the description for 15-85R.

I have no idea what this means.
