Hi
I would like to recognize this component
I suspect it is an open drain single inverting buffer,and i'm not shure
about the case type

It could be a Vishay Semiconductors GMS05C TVS Diode Array
http://www.datasheetarchive.com/preview/1492136.html
That is a 6-pin SOT-23-6L device with marking code C05
