SPICE models of the BUxxx series transistors?

I'd like to know if someone here has SPICE models for the BUxxx series of power
transistors (e.g. BU208, BU406)?

BU406D is just BU406 with damper diode.

* PS: I recommend downloading the entire collection of libraries from ON as a zip
file. ~9MB zip file with lots of very good models.
