I have a transistor with it's Y parameters given. I need to simulate
a circuit in spice using this transistor.

How do I model this BJT using its Y parameters in Spice?

Thanks

(1) The Y-parameters were obtained at a specific bias point
(2) I think you can use, in PSpice behavioral modeling, either Gtable
or Gfreq to represent your data. (I haven't tried it however.)
