SPICE model of the "Opto-TRIAC"?

Hello people.

Is there any SPICE model for an Opto-TRIAC (the optical device commonly used as
a "solid state relay")? Models for general optos like 4Nxx are easy to find.

Sometimes the device is called Photo-TRIAC.
