Spice model for uA711 comparator

Hi,

I'm upgrading some 30 year old circuitry and need to baseline the old
design. It uses a uA711 comparator.

Does anyone have a SPICE model for it ?

I don't remember a "711" **comparator**

Did you mean "311" ??

Did you mean "311" ??

The uA711 was a dual uA710 comparator.

Aha! But I don't show a model for it, only LMC710 and LMC711 :-(

The uA711 was a dual uA710 comparator.

Not quite. The 711 combines the two comparator outputs in some sort of "OR"
function.

I have an intenal schematic of the 710 and have made my own model of that
one .
