SPICE model for 1N5817 schottky diode?

Hello..

I'd like to know if someone on this group has a SPICE model of the 1N5817 schottky
diode. I've looked at Motorola (which makes 1N5817) site but they made the design
tool page somewhat clumsy to use and I couldn't find it.

Thanks.

Did you see the datasheet at
http://www.irf.com/product-info/datasheets/data/1n5817.pdf ?

I also saw a few posts suggesting possible alternatives 1N5819, NTE585
and RCA SKE3311.

I found these in my libraries. I don't know how accurate the model
is. I do note that I removed the "leakage" terms at some point in the
past, indicating I was seeing a problem in simulation.

Thanks. I also found model for UPS5817 (Microsemi part number) which is the same
part.

I've already found 3 models, 2 thanks to Jim Thompson and one that I found while
following some links in the web site of Microsemi (which makes 1N5817 too).
LTSpice also has this model in it's model libraries. 4 solutions for the same
problem! :D

Thanks for all those that answered!
