So that would be a very general question ... those are often the hardest to
answer since we don't really know what sort of help you require.
You will likely get a much better answer if you are more specific with the
question.
So my interpretation is that you want someone to give you a verilog
implementation of a SPI interface .. try using google that should give you
lots of hits. opencores.org is a good place to search for simple IP like
this ... so I suggest you look there.
