spectre simulation question

Hi, I am doing simulation under spectre. What is the difference between
spectre and spice3? I have a spice 3 file, what do i have to change in
the file to make it work in spectre?

Thank you .

I think the principle difference is the format of the device model
files.

It's simple text editing, just look at the two types side-by-side.

Thank you.

I have tried to change spice file into spectre file, but there are
always some syntax errors in the transistor model. I couldn't figure
out what is wrong. Here is the model I use in spectre. It seems that
only the first 7 lines are correct(until K3B = ...). What is wrong with
this model? It works well in spice3.

I don't know spice3. Look on the "Tools" page of my website for how
HSpice is converted to PSpice. That might give you some hints.
