Spectre question

I'm pretty new at this so my question is probably basic, but I can't
seem to find an answer to it

I made an SRAM cell, and tested it. Then I want to scale it up to 3x3
matrix. Is there anyway I can set values in each SRAM cell before I
start simulating?

Not sure if this is a Spectre question, so I apologize if the subject
was misleading.

by setting initial conditions (ic statement or through the analog

The best way I have found is to set initial conditions on CDF properties
that you display
on the device. In your testbed schematic you can see the values of the
initial conditions
and the CDF codes this as an input to the device.

In this way, each instance of your DUT ( i.e. SRAM cell ) could be set to a
different condition.

( good for modeling some coupling conditions as long as the coupling nodes
are terminals )
