hello
i am trying to do a pole-zero (PZ) analysis in spectre, but it gives
strange results. Poles and zeros are located in very high frequencies
(10e12). The circuit is surely ok, cause in hspice gives proper results.
The second thing is how to print transistor's small signal parameters
(gm, gds, Cgs etc.) in the Spectre. I am doing annotate-> dc voltages or
operating points, but it only shows current, vgs and vds.
I'm doing ac and tran analysis at once, and i would like to view
different voltages and currents. How to split that to draw transient
outputs in transient window and ac ones in ac window?
Finally, do you know if it is possible to draw a waffer transitor in AMS
0.35um technology?
