dear all,
i am new bie to cadence spectre.
if i want to use hspice level 3 parameters of nmos and pmos,is it
enough to
enter the hspice parameters in spectre format with mos3 as level in a
text file and save it in " .scs " extension and " ON " the read spice
netlist function on analog design->set up-> environment option.
or
i have to convert the hspice level 3 parameters into spectre mos3
equivalent parameters using spp command
why i am asking,i am getting some warning like wmlt, lmlt and some
parameters are not valid in spectre while i tried the first option
kindly anyone help me in this
with regards
