Spartan: How to select device as Spartan/SpartanXL

I need to use spartan series FPGA for a design.( As design have only 5 V supply available). when I start a new project in XILINX ISE 6.1 I dont get option of Spartan in Device selection list. can anyone help me out. which software do I need. <br><br>Thanks for any help
