Anyone know if Xilinx SpartanIIE or SpartanIII devices are available in
Australia (single quantity prices)? I have checked the usual suspects
(Farnell and RS).

Xilinx knows, as do their distributors in Aus, Insight Electronics
(03-9760-4250) - found by 2 clicks on Xilinx's website. If you're nice to
the people at insight you might be able to get a sample.
