SPARK C-to-VHDL Synthesis tool now supports Windows & Xilinx

Hello all

We have released a new version of the SPARK C-to-VHDL tool that is
available on the Windows, Solaris, Linux platform and produces VHDL
that is synthesizable by Xilinx XST.
