In case you didn't notice, those flesh recipe spams are set to
follow up to another group as if you are the poster. That's why I
reset the followup header on my comment. So just blow 'em off.

The filter key for now is:

Followup-To: news.admin.net-abuse.email

'til it's changed.

you can kill that for all groups if you don't hang there.
