The right thing to do is contact the office you got it from. They should be able
to help you.

This news group is not any official Cadence sponsored support channel - we're
all volunteers here. You need to go via an office which has some knowledge of
the basis by which you obtained the tools - there may be contractual issues that
someone remotely (like me) is not aware of.
