source of 3V RS232 interface chips

Does anyone have a good source (with parts in stock) for 3V logic to RS232
interface chips running from a +3 or +3.3V power supply only? I need both
the SOIC version and the PDIP version, with an immediate need for the PDIP
flavor. I need one 3V logic to RS232 line and one RS232 to 3V logic line
(at least one each... two each is better).

I have checked with Sipex and they have a good part (the SP3232EU) but,
unfortunately, they are on back order.

Does anoyone know of a source I can use to get these kind of parts now?

Maxim-ic.com and linear.com are the manufacturers who spring to mind.
From your assumption that everyone uses the same distributors I assume
you are in America you'll have to check their websites for your
local distributors.
