I need to build up a board that has some obsolete DRAM memory drivers, p/n
AM2966PC
Also needed are the 256K DRAMS, which have an Intel p/n P21256-15,
and 27256-150 EPROMS in 28 pin DIPs.

I'd appreciate recommendations for companies that stock these kinds of
obsolete semiconductors and are easy to deal with on small quantities.

Don't know about this part.

Assuming that's a generic "41256" chip, I have a few dozen lying around.
And I think they are still being produced, though not in large quantity.

and 27256-150 EPROMS in 28 pin DIPs.
Don't know if I have any 150's, but I can look if you want. I'm sure I
have a bunch of 250's. Pretty sure these are still being produced.

Check the usual suspects. JDR Microdevices, Digi-Key, Mouser, etc.
If not post back, with quantity needed, and I can blow off the dust and
dig through my old stuff.

And what does this have to do with TTL, which none of these are?

I'm thinking in terms of an era ;).

I think I might have some AM2966s around, or maybe I can pull them from
boards (I have a Pace desolderer). How many do you need?

Got'em.
Mentor Electronics, 440 951 0107, is easy to deal with.
However, they don't have

SN75160BN 2
SN75161BN 2
