Anyone ever send something back to Sony for repair? If so, how long
does it take to show up in their system? They signed for my radio
almost 2 weeks ago but it does not show up on their repair web site.
Does it normally take them awhile?

I don't know if it makes a difference that I'm in the Netherlands,
but... about 5 years ago I had my radio back in one week...

holidays.

I don't know if it makes a difference that I'm in the Netherlands,
but... about 5 years ago I had my radio back in one week...

Why dont you phone them and ask them.

Miracles never cease. I tried them again and got through. They are
running a check on it now.

Maybe, don't forget, many people are not working due to christmas and
newyear. And why not at Sony, or other brands.
