Sony radio IC - NEC D65005

Can anyone please tell me where I can get one of these chips? It's for a
friend in Africa to repair his Sony radio, but he didn't say the model
number. If anyone has one in their spares box, or can point me to a
datasheet or schematic, that would be great.
