Monitor has a green Backround.

Guns are fine, color is good .

Just an overwhelming GREEN backround.

Any Known Tips on this baby?

In this model, the strong green background is usually a defective CRT. We
have many of this series monitor, and similar ones at one of our contracts.
Changing the CRT will fix this problem.
