Sony E200 Dead

Hi:
My Sony E200 would not power on anymore. No lights or anything.
It's completely dead. Anyone know what needs to be replaced or if
someone can send me the service manual, that'll be greatly
appreciated.

It is a computer monitor . I've manage to get it power up. Now,
the power light is flashing. According to the diagnostic mode, there
is something wrong with the H-stop or V-stop. Any ideas?
