Sony DVD/CD player model DVP-S500D will not read DVD's but C

I cleaned both lasers but it had no effect. Does anyone know of any
tips or a proper method of troubleshootimg this problem, or are there
any known problems with this model that might be documented. I am

You never answered the last time I asked...what have you done to assure that
buyers will not get a used part like the last two that I ordered from you?
Also, what have you done about the attitude of the guy who usually takes the
orders and processes RAs? You lack a great deal of credibility at this
point and need to do something to assure servicers that you are providing
quality parts.
