My 17" SONY 200GS has a startup-when-hot problem.
Switching on the monitor, a first and a stronger second relay "click"
can be heard if the "startup" sequence is normal and the monitor start
to work.
My SONY 200GS do a succesful "stratup" only if is switched on the
first time, if I reboot my PC or turn on the monitor when "hot", the
second (louder) click
is absent and the power LED goes yellow blinking.
I got the monitor service manual.
Could be the R610 33K 3W that feeds the SMPS IC 601 the guilty?.
Any help will be precious.
Thanks.

Check for components in the scan sections and power supply that may have
become thermo sensitive. You will need the proper tools and training to
properly troubleshoot the monitor. Don't start guessing at possibilities
without proper verification.
