Some questions about Synopsys Physical Compiler..

I am sorry that I am a newbee in this field..

1. Physical Compiler supports compiling with macro-cell such as memory,
pll or adc, etc ?
(Physical Compiler version is 2004.12)

2. I know Floor plan info. file, .DEF is one of the input for Physical
Compiler. What tool usually makes this file (.DEF) ? Any tutorial for
that?
