Soldering PCBs at home for cash

Hello,
My sister has been making extra money at home soldering up small PCBs
from a supplier in Austin, TX. Recently, he decided to have his stuff
finished elsewhere. So she asked me if I could find another source for
PCBs which needed to be soldered. Does anyone out there have any work
like this which needs to be done? Any recommendations?
