There\'s a lot of bare rock showing under and around those panels, so they must have pre-landslided the mountain for the install. Maintenance will be a major headache, as in cleaning coal ash off them. I assume the panels are on trackers, so the insolation is enough.

Maybe not so crazy. What else do you do with a load of defective or outdated panels? If you want to sell lots, good to do something to convince people they\'re a serious option.
