Anybody can help me to find the spec. of SN76604 which is a servo motor
controller. Thanks in advance.

The SN prefix is for Texas Instruments. A site search gives no hits on any
part that begins with this number. A suffix would be needed to spec package
type.
Best thing is to conatct TI applications and see if they can find the data.
Most likely an ancient and obsolete part.
