SN 75176

Hi,

Just a followon from my last message incase i cant get anyone to build it.

Just wondering if anyone knows where i can get a couple of SN75176 (im not
exactly sure what they are)

they are an awkward rs-485 receiver chip.

Used to use thousands of them a few years back, along with their tx mate
75110.
have a look with google for zillions of references.
I'm sure they are still sold in OZ.

should be using a low power max rs-485 or equiv. today.

I dont know a whole lot about the different types of components in
electronics so its best i stick to what is documented.

www.microzed.com.au have them - Look under 'other chips' $2 each
