SMD Tools

I would like somebody to find out which the tools that I need to work with
SMD. I am wanting to begin the works mainly with SMD ,to placement and to
remove of components.

For basic SMD works the tools are going to be pretty much the same, just
add "fine tip" to everything: iron, tweezers etc.

And a simplest vacuum pickup tool is going to be absolutely indispensable
for IC placement. Craft stores started to carry those recently, run for
about $10 a set.
