I'm looking to buy small, low-cost boards for PIC microcontrollers with
flash programming memory of 96K or more.
Is there any supplier preferably in Australia?

There are several 18F series PIC chips with 96K or more of FLASH
program memory.
Why do you want a "board"?, do you mean a general purpose development
board of some sort?
