Two resistors (in parallel to each other) burned out and have shorted. I
continued using the charger and of course now my battery is damaged.
I think the resistors are in series with the transformer, a voltage
regulator (i assume) and the battery. There is a PIC among other stuff but i
cant work out how that is connected.
I want to try replacing the resistors but they are so burned you cant see
the values. How can I find out what the value of these resistors are?
I have no idea where to start so ill just read what is says.

Cover reads
Float charge 13.7V
Bulk charge 14.5V

I use if for charging a 12V 7Ah battery. If anyones intrested i got this and
the charger from Rapid Electronics
any help would be greatly apreaciated
