SKILL file to read a list of cell to work on

I am a newbie for SKILL.

Trying to make a skill that check that some cells do not have any cell
coming from any other library. So my skill take two arguments as input
- libname and cell_list.

But the text cell list is not read as a list in the SKILL, it gives an
error when used with foreach command.

Without you showing what you've actually done, it's rather hard to know what
your problem is! You didn't describe it very clearly...
