Yes.

In cdnshelp (e.g. in IC615) search for "Test Coverage" (make sure you
include the quotes).

This is covered in the Cadence SKILL Development Help manual, in the
"Command Line Interface" chapter (it's been there for ever, so you'll
find it in older versions too).

Look at <ICinstDir>/doc/skhelp/skhelp.pdf if you can't use cdnshelp for
some reason.
