Sinusoidal VCO

I need a sinusoidal VCO at somewhere between 500KHz and 5MHz. (For example
1.4 - 1.7 Mhz.) Everything I can find is square wave output, and it is not
very easy to filter that to get a good sinusoidal. Does anybody know a way
out of this?

Thanks.

analog devices DDS products...?
from milli herts to some 400MHz and you get a sinusoide with 10 bits
