Anybody here knows how to convert from sine waves to pulses?

A schmitt trigger is a comparator with positive feedback, to give it
snap action hysterisis. It is good at turning any slowly changing
wave into a two state (digital) output. You can buy logic gates that
include an internal schmitt trigger, but if you want to adjust the
exact voltages that it changes state with, you should build one with a
comparator.

Thanks. This is what I want. Change sine wave to digital output.

don't forget "clamping" the voltage with diodes after the series resistor
if the sine voltage is too high.
