Simulation software for ECLinPS logic (IBIS models)

Hello.

I want to simulate a ECLinPS circuit. Models are available only in
IBIS format. For example:
http://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Collateral/MC100EP05D_33.IBS

Which software is suitable therefor?
