Simulation of Charge Pulse fo Single Event Effect

I am trying to capture the effect of Single Event Effect in CMOS
circuit. As we know in the event of Single Event Effect, charges upto
2.5pC get deposited in the structure and which causes the SEE.

I want to simulate this effect in SPICE. I am not sure how can
Simulate this injection of charge at CMOS level. It will be a great
help if someone can give sight on this.

Thanks in advance,

Charge is current times time. So put up a current source and defines a
pulse.
