silicon chip heart monitor

Anyone know who is making the SC heart monitor kit as published in feb 05?
Disk smith Bankstown square didn't seem to know about silicon chip (or what
a kit was) and jaycar bankstown rang jaycar head office to be told that they
were not going to make it.

Any others ?

Sounds interesting...might have to go buy this months SC. Be nice if they
started coming up with more medical applications. Not that I profess to
being a doctor or anything the like, but with a 3yo daughter with asthma and
a tendancy to get pneumonia, some things offer peace of mind. If only I
could find a kit for a pulse oximeter. So far I have found some info
googling but no solid diagrams or software to perform the task with
commerically available probes., just a lot of very long winded theory &
calculations :)...I guess thats why they cost so much to buy.
