New to me. But they don\'t seem to be any better than schottkies.

Well, 300 pA typical / 30 nA max leakage at 120V, 25 C isn\'t bad for a
2A diode.

Schottkies would have real trouble with that--the lowest leakage one I
can find immediately is the RB068MM100, whose leakage is 400 nA max @
100V, 25 C.

The forward recovery looks very nice: 685 mV typ at dI/dt = 20A/us.

Yeah, pretty quick for a PN device.

Overall a pretty good one, I think.
