Shrink Wrap Materials .. Where to get?

Kinda OT, but just curious, does anyone know where you can buy Shrink wrap
packaging material, and the tools to work with it?

I know a hair drier on high setting would probably be sufficient for the
actual shrinking, but what about the cutting? I've heard of "Heat sisscors",
but don't know where youd get them in australia .. ditto for the shrink wrap
stuff .. only place i've found so far has been an online wholesaler that
wont sell in small quantities .. I figure 1 roll would be more than enough
for me for a long time :)

Try www.cospak.com.au - it's not on their site but I'm sure they sell it, or
Vital Packaging in Perth.

A hot air gun works well. A normal heat sealer can be used to seal & cut the
film in one step.
