Sharp TV blows fuse

I have a 25" Sharp TV that blows it's fuse. I found that the horizontal
output SCR (part Q602 on the schematic) was shorted. I replaced that part
and as soon as I hit the power button on the set it blew out the SCR and the
fuse. So I'm assuming that something downstream is causing the SCR to short
out. Does anyone have an idea what I should check for? The TV model #
is25H-M60.

Sharps use an SCR for the power supply regulator, and a standard bipolar for
the Horiz Out. Which one is failing?
