HI!
I can not start TV.When I turn on with main switch LED light up yellow
and I can do nothing else.Voltages are OK.

There may be a scan failure. The voltages to the scan generator IC and its
signal outputs should be verified. Follow through the scan amplifiers to
determine where the failure is.
