Found this in a laptop battery and sort of guessed it might be a flash
micro.

Only found 1 data sheet - and its in Chinese.

Can anyone help?

This one? Just drop the X (package style)

Just download it and run the file through google translate, which works
well enough.

It is a 8051 thing.
