Hi -
I'm working with Virtuoso Schematic Composer and when I try to add an
nmos4 instance from the NCSU_Analog_Parts library I get a pop-up
window titled "Set mosfet properties" that says 'Oops! The library
property <minLength/minWidth/gridResolution> was not found.'
At first I closed these messages and the "Add instance" window popped
up, but seemed to have the wrong model name (*system). I have the
correct models in the correct folder.
Later I filled in the variable fields on the "Set mosfet properties"
window, but when I click on the component to edit the properties, the
CDF info does not expand. I can't see the model name, length, width,
etc.
I'm baffled. Any ideas?
Thanks!
