SERVICE MANUAL FOR HITACHI TV

Hi there,

Could anyone help me in finding or troubleshooting my Hitachi Model CT
7884BC TV. It clicks on but no power or picture. You can hear it click on
inside , but nothing else...Maybe a power board problem.Fuse is not
blown..Any service manuals out there....any help would be appreciated
